Multi-Rooftop F&I Director

Position Overview The F&I Director will be responsible for producing, maximizing F&I profitability, maintaining strict compliance standards, helping develop F&I managers, and driving process consistency across all three rooftops. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, lender relationships, and a deep understanding of both luxury and import brand customer expectations.
