Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions to help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and future. Generate and follow up on leads through cold call, direct email and other lead generation activities. Work alongside a supportive and growth-focused team. Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails. What We’re Looking For: Active General Lines Property & Casualty License, or willing to obtain them (licensing assistance available) Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset Positive attitude and team-player mentality Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills along with professional phone etiquette. Company Description We Are Farmers!
