What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segments goals ensuring efficient integration of procurement production and distribution processes.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily supply chain operations including inventory management logistics and demand forecasting to maintain optimal performance and meet service level agreements.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead mentor and develop the supply chain team fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and enhances overall team productivity.
• Supplier and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners negotiating contracts ensuring quality standards and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor supply chain performance metrics analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency reduce costs and support the business segments objectives.

• Supply Chain Management Expertise: Possesses deep knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement logistics inventory management and distribution.

• Financial Acumen: Manages budgets forecasts financial performance and ensures cost effective supply chain operations. Data Analysis and Decision Making: Utilizes data analytics to inform strategic decisions optimize supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicates with stakeholders at all levels ensuring clear understanding and alignment of supply chain initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identifies potential supply chain risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers partners and other key stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluates and enhances supply chain processes to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Technological Proficiency: Leverages advanced supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations and support strategic objectives.
