Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and foster relationships.

• Receive training in financial management aspects of project production, including contract writing, proposal preparation, and budget management.

• Develop presentation skills for local planning and zoning boards.

• Enhance technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop a team of design professionals.

• Manage the project lifecycle from initial scoping through project closeout.

Work Environment

This role is based in our Raleigh office, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home. This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

Will work out of the Raleigh office and be in office 3-4 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days.
