Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud systems, security tools, user management, and enterprise applications. Responsibilities Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, networking, and cloud systems Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues Maintain security systems, endpoint protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes Support employee onboarding/offboarding and user access management Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and improve reliability Automate administrative tasks and improve IT operational workflows Maintain documentation, inventory tracking, and licensing records Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners when necessary Qualifications 3–5+ years of IT systems administration experience Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra administration skills Experience with networking, security systems, and endpoint management PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Preferred Technologies Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure/Entra, SonicWall, UniFi, Cisco, Canon, Adobe, Box, Synology, Splashtop, Apple/macOS, Bluehost, and cPanel.
