Primary Skills: Scripting (Expert), Java (Expert), Monitoring (Expert), Cloud Platforms (Intermediate), Database Technologies (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Plano, TX (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2 Job Summary Individual contributor responsible for delivering observability projects, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, and improving system stability and reliability. Key Responsibilities Analyze system issues and recommend reliability-focused solutions. Set clear objectives and deliver results to improve operational outcomes. Contribute to operational plans for long-term reliability and observability. Influence future products through monitoring and incident prevention strategies. Take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive them to resolution. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with Java and scripting languages. Advanced troubleshooting for complex production issues in distributed environments. Strong experience with modern monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
