We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to represent clients in real estate and community association disputes including judicial foreclosure actions, contested governance matters, and related civil litigation. The successful candidate will manage an active docket from pre-suit through trial, while also supporting general corporate counsel functions for a portfolio of clients. Direct HOA/community association experience is highly preferred, but strong real estate litigation experience will also be considered. Essential Duties And Tasks Prepare and pursue judicial foreclosure actions and related litigation from filing through resolution Conduct legal research, draft dispositive motions, and prepare court briefings Represent clients at hearings and in court proceedings Manage litigation timelines, discovery, and case strategy for an assigned caseload Serve as corporate counsel for assigned clients, including document preparation and compliance guidance Communicate directly with clients on case status and strategy Supervise legal assistants supporting litigation matters Attend client board/member meetings as needed Desired Qualities And Qualifications Licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern District of Texas 3+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated courtroom/hearing experience preferred Proficient with MS Office Able to maintain a full-time, in-person schedule and meet billing minimums Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple active matters under deadline pressure Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills with attention to detail Approachable, client-service oriented Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment What We Offer Competitive Salary: $145,000/yr - $225,000/yr (DOE) + Bonus Medical, Vision, Dental & Disability insurance 401(k) Program Paid Time Off Billing Requirement: 30-40 hours/week Location: Houston, TX 77057 - On site #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
