Case Manager: Aftercare & Resource Coordination
Advantage Behavioral Health
Advantage Behavioral Health is looking for a motivated Case Manager based in Cathedral City, California. In this role, you will assess client needs, connect them to community resources, and coordinate care plans. Ideal candidates will have an associate degree and 2-4 years of behavioral healthcare experience. The position requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
