Client Service Specialist/Financial Paraplanner

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). Our CSS is a mix of a Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator. Unlike other financial institutions, this is NOT an administrative role. As a CSS, you will manage our entire back‑end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps (our version of a financial plan), deliver world‑class first‑line ongoing client support and service, and facilitate start‑to‑finish insurance application execution. The CSS team is recognized as the engine that drives Golden Reserve forward. What We Provide CSS Captains – you will have a three (3) dedicated supporting CSS Team Members that help you manage your workload, new business support (outstanding applications), and policy and training needs. Competitive Salary – $70,000 – $100,000. Benefits – Generous time off policy, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k), and Life Insurance. Work Schedule Work hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm in‑office with a 1‑hour lunch. You must be available to work occasional evening hours to support our educational workshops, as needed. We also pay overtime. Requirements Two (2) years+ of financial services experience. Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
