This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in supply chain operations, planning, analytics, and process improvement.Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to supply chain processes, inventory, product flow, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how a global lifestyle brand manages the movement of products around the world.What You Will Do in This RoleSupport Planning and Merchandising teams with product, sales, and inventory analysisDistribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales and support inventory objectivesAssist with analyzing sales trends, product performance, and inventory levelsMonitor product availability and inventory levels across stores and identify opportunities to improve product flowGenerate and analyze reports, including style-selling and sell-through analysis, to support sales and inventory objectivesAnalyze sales, inventory, and product performance to identify trends and opportunitiesAssist with assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management activitiesHelp prepare reports, presentations, and business recaps for cross-functional partnersCollaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Commercial, and other cross-functional teamsSupport seasonal planning processes and key business initiativesAssist with special projects designed to improve product performance and inventory productivityPartner with a dedicated mentor for professional guidance and developmentParticipate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussionsPresent a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the programBring curiosity, analytical thinking, and fresh perspectives to team projectsWho You Are (Requirements)Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with dataStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAble to communicate findings and recommendations clearlyComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teamsAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCurious about how global supply chains operateInterest in fashion, consumer products, retail, or global business is a plusWhat We OfferPaid Internship: Compensation provided for the full 10-week Summer 2027 programReal-World Experience: Hands-on projects that support team goals and business initiativesExpert Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced Fossil Group professionalsProfessional Development: Workshops, panels, and learning opportunities throughout the programNetworking & Community: Opportunities to connect with leaders, employees, and fellow internsEmployee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandiseAt Fossil Group, we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
