Join a highly successful global manufacturing organization with tremendous stability and resources Step into a key plant leadership role with ownership of equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and facility performance Lead and develop an experienced maintenance team while partnering directly with plant leadership Take ownership of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and drive measurable reductions in downtime Work with sophisticated molding equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and manufacturing technology Influence equipment upgrades, capital decisions, reliability improvements, and long term maintenance strategy Join a company deeply committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee development Build your career within a major global organization offering significant long term advancement potential Job Details RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, manage, and develop the plant maintenance team Own maintenance and reliability activities for manufacturing equipment and the facility Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify wear, failures, and performance concerns Coordinate repairs, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and reliability improvements Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities around production requirements Minimize equipment downtime while maximizing safety, quality, and production efficiency Ensure plant and facility activities remain compliant with applicable regulations Develop and manage the maintenance department budget Partner with procurement to maintain critical spare parts and maintenance supplies Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance histories, and equipment performance records Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring failures and improvement opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout maintenance and plant operations Serve as a technical resource and advisor to plant leadership REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Experience managing maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong experience supporting molding or similar complex production equipment Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs Experience leading equipment repairs, upgrades, and reliability initiatives Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and regulatory compliance Experience managing maintenance schedules around production requirements Experience with computerized maintenance management systems Strong understanding of equipment reliability and downtime reduction Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience NICE TO HAVES Direct experience supporting plastic molding equipment and processes Experience leading maintenance within a high volume molding operation Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital recommendations Familiarity with spare parts inventory strategy and procurement Experience analyzing equipment performance metrics and failure trends Experience implementing maintenance improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
