Qualifications and Experience:

High School graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Professional abilities:

• Excellent time management skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability

Technical knowledge:

• Command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic Math Skills

Education:

• Currently In School Working towards a degree
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

Main Missions

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver that is resourceful and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude. The position assists the Sales Manager and team in the important and sensitive administrative activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit

• Entering and tracking data pertaining to AKWEL and its external customers.
• Responsible for receiving and providing administrative assistance to employees
• Takes part in administrative studies, data consolidation and prepares time sensitive reports in the course of the year
• Forwards information and assigned reports;
• Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received;
• Assists the Unit manager in various projects,
