Patient Services Representative

The position involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental setting. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring accurate registration. The role requires proficiency in general office technology and excellent communication skills.

High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental office setting Proficiency in general office technology Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly Understanding of dental terminology Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in managing patient accounts and insurance information Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting (preferred)
