AI Solution Architect

Salary starting at: $130,000 and up, based on experience

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Design scalable AI and automation solution architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Develop reusable frameworks, design patterns, reference architectures, templates, and technical accelerators.
• Build and evaluate prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilot solutions to validate technologies and implementation approaches.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on AI, automation, workflow, integration, and platform decisions.
• Provide guidance on architecture, security, governance, responsible AI, compliance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Partner with architecture, security, data, compliance, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements.
• Help establish standards, best practices, implementation guidance, and governance processes for AI and automation initiatives.
• Create reusable assets including workflow patterns, prompt libraries, integrations, connectors, and solution templates.
• Support solution delivery from concept through pilot, production readiness, and enterprise adoption.
• Coach and enable teams through architecture reviews, solution design guidance, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend practical applications within the organization.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, supportable, measurable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture , Enterprise Applications, Systems Integration, Automation Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related technology disciplines.
• Experience designing and delivering AI, automation, workflow, low-code/no-code, application integration, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, security, privacy, compliance, and risk management considerations.
• Experience supporting proofs of concept, reference architectures, technical standards, reusable assets, and enterprise solution patterns.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business, architecture, security, compliance, risk, data, and technology teams.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft technologies including:
• Power Platform
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, document intelligence, process automation, and AI-enabled business solutions is preferred.
• Experience within regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar environments is a plus.
