You’ll ensure high-quality, client-centered care by implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring data collection and progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide ongoing RBT supervision per BACB standards, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals. Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards. Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings. Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills. Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates. Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
