Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 26 Number of Staff – 52 Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT Night Shift - AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT Patient Ratios – 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for labors - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment - Alaris pumps EMR – Meditech, CPN charting system

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care L&D RN experience BLS, ACLS, NRP and AWHONN or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Mom baby or Couplet care experience Antepartum/high risk L&D experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Laboring patients, antepartum’s and EDOB patients C/S and Cerclages Best personality fit: Flexible Able to work autonomously
