Deputy Program Manager

Position Summary: The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in leading delivery of the entire program and acts with full authority in the PM's absence. You will help direct the multi-team Agile organization, own key program functions (risk, staffing, reporting, governance), and ensure cost, schedule, quality, and contractual performance across all workstreams. Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (1-2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required. Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to prioritize and self-start. Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift. Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement. Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks. Required Qualifications Active PMP certification 8+ years of program/project management experience, including federal IT Experience deputizing for or supporting a PM on large programs Strong leadership, financial, and stakeholder-management skills Preferred Qualifications PgMP or SAFe certification Financial-regulatory or filing-systems domain experience EVM/financial management and AI-augmented delivery tooling #J-18808-Ljbffr Inadev
