Lutheran General Hospital is the leading health care provider in Chicago's North and Northwest suburbs offering a Level I Trauma Center, access to national clinical trials and advanced medical technologies. Highlights include:

• Excellent case mix, including OB
• Practice at a single center – no mandatory cross coverage of other sites
• Adult Only Practice (13+)
• Collaborative Care Model: Approximately 40% of cases are performed under Medical Direction @ 1:3, while around 60% of cases are staffed with MDs only
• Full time, part time, and custom-designed positions available
• Advanced Technology in a Level I Trauma Center: State-of-the-art facilities and anesthesia equipment
• Robust support system of partners, anesthesia techs, and dedicated anesthesia nurses

• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Training and/or Experience Required:

• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
• Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
