Bookkeeper/Plant Accountant

Job duties include:

• Helping with plant inventory and accounts payable
• Processing vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Will assist with inventory, verifies invoice accuracy, and matches purchase orders to receiving documents
• Will help maintain accounts payable records, reconciles discrepancies, and generates routine reports.

Requirements:

• The position requires strong attention to detail, computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while supporting efficient plant accounting operations.
• 2 years previous plant and/or manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• SAP Experience

***Will Conduct counts in production floor as part of the inventory cycles.

***Able to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees.  

***Stand in concrete and walk through the plant to conduct visual inspections. 

Monday-Friday

7 am – 3:30 pm or 8am-430pm

Temporary to Hire

$26.00-30.00/hr DOE
