What You' ll Be Doing Managing accounts receivable from start to finish Following up on outstanding invoices and collections professionally Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Processing invoices and keeping financial records accurate Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting Helping ensure everything stays organized, compliant, and running smoothly What We' re Looking For 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting software A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills Professional communication and customer service skills Accounting or Finance degree is a plus— but not required!
