Universal Waste Supervisor, LFP Battery Cell Manufacturing

What To Expect Tesla is seeking a Regulated Waste Supervisor to join the LFP Cell Manufacturing Operations Team. This role will support the regulated waste operations and compliance programs within Tesla’s manufacturing facility in Sparks, NV. Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations leader, the role will be responsible for the performance of Technicians tasked with the collection and handling of cell manufacturing waste in compliance with Tesla Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and federal, state, and local regulations. The role will also be responsible for overseeing small‑scale spill cleanup.
