Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders. Proactively identify enhancement opportunities. Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance. Ensure accountability and excellence due to significant financial implications of managing key, highly complex client accounts. Offer direct support and communication to account holders, understanding their requirements and challenges while communicating potential issues. Follow account‑specific procedures to prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes, including run order, scheduling, providing notice to customer account, vehicle repairs, accurate charge posting (pre‑sale and limited post‑sale), reporting, invoicing, etc. Monitor vehicle sales processes, stakeholders communication and accuracy to ensure a positive client experience. Develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their vehicle requirements, and help them navigate auction processes, vehicle availability, and processes for sale, preparation, and delivery. Examine vehicles within the sales lineup, using different programs to verify that inventory meets necessary specifications, identify missing vehicles, and collaborate with account representatives to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale, complete with suitable imaging and announcements. Coordinate vehicle transportation, ensuring timely delivery and resolving emerging issues. Review Condition Reports to capture required announcements (Structural, Flood, True Miles Unknown, AS IS - NAAA guidelines for miles and age), Branded Title, Manufacturer’s Buyback, etc. Ensure file jackets for client audits include proper documentation and invoicing. Serve as liaison between clients and all auction departments. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable department to post accurate charges, process and send invoices as needed, and actively pursue collections. Demonstrate effective prioritization skills and professionalism, supporting business relationships with clients and Manheim. Work in a fast‑paced environment, receptive to change and able to multitask. Commit to providing excellent customer service. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field, or 5 years of experience in a related field. Prior clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to operate adding machines and other office equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.). Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Valid driver’s license, safe driver required. Preferred Requirements 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry. Compensation Hourly pay rate in the range of $20.10 – $30.10 per hour. Base rate may vary based on location and candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including commission and/or an incentive program.
