Location 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY Overview KeyBank’s Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate role offers a comprehensive range of investment banking services to meet the M&A, capital raising and strategic needs of our clients in the healthcare sector. Associates provide day‑to‑day execution of investment banking mandates, support sector coverage, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities Execute investment‑banking mandates, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments. Support sector coverage and business development in providers/services, payers, information technology, and life sciences/medtech. Assist senior bankers with deal execution and client communication. Prepare financial models, deal materials, and presentations. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Participate in training, mentoring, and development of junior bankers. Qualifications Three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare investment banking. Experience managing and training junior investment bankers. Strong educational background. Excellent business writing and financial analysis skills. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment. Outstanding work ethic and willingness to travel. SIE, Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred. Compensation and Benefits Typical base salary ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on experience, skills and location.
