Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
Marcus Sanchez - State Farm Agent
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Marcus Sanchez - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career. Salary plus commission/bonus PTO No evening or weekend work Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.QUALIFICATIONS:
