Compensation

• No cap on earnings.
• Earn $50 for every verified new patient referral who:
• Identifies you as their referral source;
• Completes their first appointment at ExerciseNow Health; and
• Pays for their initial consultation.
• Commissions are paid monthly following verification of completed visits and payment.
• Top performers may be eligible for additional bonuses and leadership opportunities.

Potential Earnings

• 10 new patients per month = $500
• 20 new patients per month = $1,000
• 40 new patients per month = $2,000
• 60 new patients per month = $3,000

There is no limit to the number of patients you can refer.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, community outreach, networking, or business development preferred

Primary Job Duties

• Promote ExerciseNow Health throughout Columbus and surrounding communities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, churches, community organizations, fitness centers, and cultural groups.
• Distribute marketing materials and educational resources.
• Educate prospective patients about ExerciseNow Health's adult healthcare services, including primary care, non-operative orthopedics, weight management, regenerative medicine, ultrasound-guided procedures, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Attend community events, networking functions, health fairs, and outreach activities.
• Encourage individuals to schedule appointments with ExerciseNow Health.
• Track outreach efforts and referral activities.
• Maintain professionalism and represent ExerciseNow Health positively within the community.
• Communicate regularly with clinic leadership regarding outreach opportunities and community partnerships.
