We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy, content creation, and audience growth for a leading blockchain ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will shape the brand's digital presence, manage multiple social accounts, and develop engaging content that connects with global Web3 communities. You will transform complex technical concepts, product updates, and campaign narratives into compelling, platform-native stories that drive engagement and adoption. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will oversee creative execution, video content, community engagement, and performance optimization. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and scale content production while maintaining brand integrity. Accountabilities

Social Media Strategy and Channel Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, primarily focused on X/Twitter, while managing and growing five or more brand accounts with consistent messaging and strategic alignment. Growth and Performance Optimization:

Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks, monitor audience growth, engagement, and conversions, and identify opportunities to improve channel performance through data-driven decisions. Content Strategy and Creation:

Translate brand positioning, technical developments, product launches, and marketing campaigns into engaging, platform-native content tailored to target audiences and community interests. Creative and Video Production:

Develop and direct high-quality content across multiple formats, including short-form videos, livestreams, and serialized content. Collaborate with designers, motion specialists, and other creative partners to deliver impactful social experiences. Editorial Planning:

Maintain a strategic editorial calendar that balances consistent daily publishing with major announcements, campaign launches, and timely industry developments. AI-Powered Workflow Optimization:

Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, research, drafting, production, and publishing. Identify new technologies and implement efficient workflows without compromising quality, authenticity, or brand consistency. Analytics and Reporting:

Own organic social performance tracking, analyze trends and audience behavior, and present clear insights, results, and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product, partnerships, design, events, and communications teams to coordinate messaging, align campaign execution, and maintain a cohesive brand narrative across channels. Community Engagement:

Monitor social channels for emerging trends, audience sentiment, and engagement opportunities. Respond thoughtfully to conversations and help strengthen community relationships, trust, and brand credibility. Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about evolving social platforms, emerging formats, creator trends, and AI-powered marketing capabilities, translating relevant developments into actionable recommendations. Requirements

Professional Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in social media marketing and content marketing, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and hands-on execution. Social Media Expertise:

Proven success managing multiple brand accounts, growing audiences, increasing engagement, and delivering measurable business or marketing outcomes. Web3 and Emerging Technology Knowledge:

Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or other emerging technology sectors. Familiarity with Crypto Twitter/X, developer ecosystems, and builder communities is a strong advantage. Content Development:

Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex technical subjects and strategic narratives into clear, compelling, audience-focused content. Video and Creative Production:

Hands-on experience planning, producing, directing, or managing video content for social platforms, including short-form video and livestreams. AI and Workflow Automation:

Practical experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, ideation, and workflow optimization, with the ability to evaluate and adopt relevant tools. Data Analysis:

Strong analytical skills and experience using social media metrics, performance dashboards, and audience insights to refine strategy and communicate results to leadership. Project and Stakeholder Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, concurrent campaigns, competing priorities, and cross-functional projects independently. Creative Collaboration:

Experience preparing creative briefs and working effectively with designers, video editors, motion specialists, and other internal or external partners. Social Media Tools:

Familiarity with social publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and social listening platforms. Communication and Adaptability:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Remote Collaboration:

Ability to work remotely with at least four hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PT).
