The Supply Chain Analyst I supports Resi’s hardware operations through detailed analysis, inventory coordination, procurement support, and fulfillment monitoring. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data tracking, optimize stock levels, and identify areas for operational improvement. What You’ll Do Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Support procurement and vendor communications by gathering quotes and tracking order status. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain ERP system data accuracy. Coordinate with the Sales and Orders team to manage expectations around procurement timelines. Manage escalations related to customer order delays and fulfillment timelines. Own and maintain international documentation, including customs compliance and reporting. Track inbound shipments and assist with import/export procedures. Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and component usage. Participate in RMA tracking, return reconciliation, and feedback loop documentation. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support BOM change implementations and SKU updates. Assist with technical documentation updates and inventory audits. Contribute to KPI measurement and report on supply chain process health. Identify opportunities to reduce lead times or improve vendor performance. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
