Job Description
The Assembler plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products efficiently and accurately. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
- Identify and gather necessary parts and materials
- Assemble components using hand tools and equipment
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes
