Position Overview: A Pediatrician provides outpatient and inpatient care in a supportive, community-focused hospital setting. The role involves managing an outpatient clinic with a typical caseload of 18-22 patients daily, supporting hospital rounds with light volume, and sharing call duties approximately 10 days per month with minimal callback requirements. Pediatric support includes deliveries and nursery care, averaging fewer than 8 deliveries per month, with no NICU responsibilities.
