Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Alpharetta, GA (onsite) 12 Months (temp to hire) Mon - Fri (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Daily responsibilities will include performing mail runs, package deliveries, event set-Client (moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards), delivering copy paper to printers, ability to shift from one location to another if needed, logging/receiving packages with company provided phone/app. The manager is looking for a candidate who is a "people person", a team player, detail-oriented, and who can adapt well to change. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds as well as stand and walk for long durations of time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily mail runs and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
• Receive, log, and deliver packages using a company-provided mobile app.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and document imaging equipment.
• Perform printing, copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and quality control of documents.
• Refill paper, replace toner, clear paper jams, and perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Deliver office supplies and copy paper to printers throughout the facility.
• Set up conference rooms and meeting spaces, including moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards.
• Assist with company events and office moves.
• Maintain service logs, inventory records, and supply levels.
• Respond to customer requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide occasional reception coverage and general office support as needed.
• Travel between company buildings when required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous mailroom, office services, print/copy, or shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
