This full-time, contract opportunity is based at a single middle school, allowing you to focus on building trusted relationships and continuity with your students for the full current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students in grades 6–8
• Deliver targeted instruction in inclusive, resource, or self-contained classrooms to support diverse learners’ academic and behavioral growth
• Track, assess, and communicate student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to help each child succeed
• Foster collaboration by working alongside general educators, support staff, administrators, and families
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education

• Located at one dedicated middle school campus (no travel required)

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related accredited teacher preparation pathway
• Current Colorado Teaching License with Special Education Generalist endorsement (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Completion of background check and fingerprint clearance pre-employment
• Strong communication, organizational, and IEP management abilities
