Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Active Maryland SLP license
• Previous experience in Maryland school settings preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 student caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students across various educational needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Offer consultative support and recommendations within the school setting

This contract spans from August 26, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering steady, full-time hours (37.5 per week) in a well-respected, supportive school district. You’ll focus exclusively on onsite therapy, making daily connections with staff and students.
