Automotive Customer Service Specialist

Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the remote Automotive Customer Service Specialist will manage inquiries and resolve issues while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service and sales experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
