Marketing Director, Global Therapy Innovations, Therapeutic Apheresis Growth Strategies Location: Lakewood, CO, US Job Summary Strategic global enterprise leader to capture untapped potential, drive business growth, develop and execute strategy, and elevate market presence within the Global Therapy Innovations (GTI) Business Area. Focuses on filling a growth pipeline across the full continuum of care in disease states with high unmet need. Duties and Responsibilities Lead vision, direction, and leadership for the GTI Marketing team, energizing the team and stakeholders. Develop and deliver strategic planning, 4P’s management, and market research. Contribute to product, software, and service lifecycle management and develop a digital strategy. Capture external opportunities through strong third‑party relationships and innovative business models. Develop and implement growth strategies across developed and emerging markets for therapeutic apheresis. Lead market insights, future needs analysis, and roadmap planning with inorganic targets and partnerships. Integrate data management solutions and digital offerings to support new business models. Drive customer and stakeholder insights to influence standards and treatment of disease states with high unmet needs. Provide lifecycle management input for platforms and new product development. Develop Go‑To‑Market plans, including segmentation, targeting, value proposition, pricing, distribution channels, and sales tools. Analyze metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results. Manage cross‑functional teams focused on key competencies aligned with business objectives. Lead financial and budget planning, forecasting, KPI tracking, and recommendation reporting. Conduct business with high integrity, adhering to regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum Qualification Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum 12 years of management experience in business strategy development, marketing, and cross‑functional leadership; disease/clinical marketing experience preferred. Target Pay Range and Bonus Target Pay Range: $199,100.00 to $248,800.00. Target Bonus on Base: 30%.
