About the Company
\n \nGlobal manufacturer of critical asset monitoring and protection protection instruments team based in the Greater Rochester, NY area designs and produces rugged hardware and software systems.
\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nWe are seeking a Embedded Systems Test Engineer to lead the design, development, execution of embedded hardware and system test.
\n \nWe will help you move to the Greater Rochester area!
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Develop test (automated, unit, and environmental) plan and execution \n
- Perform system and component test \n
- Design, build, and qualify test fixtures, set-up, and lab operation \n
- Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action \n
- Propel continuous improvement efforts \n
Qualifications
\n \nDegree with 2+ years of experience of hands on embedded systems design, development, and test
\n \nRequired Skills
\n \n- \n
- Strong background with hardware and embedded systems \n
- Automated and environmental test \n
- Hands on experience designing and qualifying test fixtures, test instrumentation, and automated test set up \n
- Scripting languages and troubleshooting \n
