Position Summary

The property accountant is responsible for the financial management of an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate properties. This role works closely with property managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain tenant accounts, develop budgets, manage cash flow, and provide exceptional service to property owners and tenants. Success in this position requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Three or more years of accounting experience (commercial real estate accounting preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with property management/accounting software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
