Join Our Growing Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in talent acquisition within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the day-to-day management of recruiting responsibilities including conducting reference checks, ensuring job postings remain current and are refreshed on a pre-set cadence, moving candidates through various stages of the hiring funnel and supporting a streamlined recruiting process. Key Responsibilities: Reference Checks Conduct professional reference checks for final-stage candidates. Document and report findings for candidate's profile. Maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards during verification processes. Job Posting Management Regularly refresh and update active job postings across job boards and internal systems (e.g. iCIMS, Paylocity, and various ATS). Collaborate with TA Team to ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling. Candidate Workflow Management Move candidates through various hiring stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely communication and accuracy. Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement during the recruitment process. ATS & System Support Maintain clean and organized candidate pipelines across 131 franchise locations. Team Collaboration Coordinate with a team of recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to support a seamless hiring process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to multi-task and support multiple candidates and locations. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
