Senior Banker - Lawrence KS Financial Center

Job Overview Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, offer tailored solutions, and connect clients to specialists. Support clients on self‑service or transactional activities and provide exceptional client care. Responsibilities Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs. Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies. Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy. Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping. Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements. Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow‑up routines. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment. Alternative: Prior role as Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for at least six months. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships. Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an improved financial experience. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients in person and by phone. Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and manage changing circumstances. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Effective time‑management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours. Travel to any financial center location within reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. Experience working in a financial center with goals met or exceeded. Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience with individual and/or team goals routinely met or exceeded. Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and laptop technology.
