Warehouse Operations CoordinatorVolt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, in South Bend, IN.As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be:Manage daily fulfillment and shipping from the HQ office.Coordinate with UPS representatives to ensure daily pickups are completed.Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and another HQ inventory.Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder as needed.Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.Track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems.Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs.Assist with resolving shipping, inventory, and fulfillment issues.Maintain operational trackers and records as needed.Support the Operations team with additional day-to-day tasks and project.This is a full-time contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Experience of warehouse operations like Shipping/Logistics.Experience of administrative support.Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (data, trackers, and reports)Preferred Skills & QualificationsUPS WorldShip experience.ERP experience (any ERP system).Experience with Sage, SAP, or similar systems.Experience of supply chain experience or supply chain knowledge.Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
