Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities Administer and assist in the development of domestic and global compensation programs Participate in salary survey participation, annual compensation benchmarking Maintain salary structures, job market pricing and evaluation Contribute to the design and implementation of the compensation strategy Prepare educational materials Develop reports for external and internal reporting of employee information Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to prepare presentation, including charts, graphics, and tables as required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas and large data sets) Demonstrated data collection, analytic and data reporting/presentation skills Hard Skills compensation programs salary survey participation compensation benchmarking salary structures job market pricing data collection data analysis data reporting presentation skills advanced Excel Soft Skills communication organizational skills analytical skills Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
