Pac Build, a leading luxury home builder on Kauaʻi, is seeking experienced Carpenters with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship. From intricate trim work to high-end interior finishes, this role requires precision, pride, and dedication to quality at every stage of construction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform finish and trim carpentry to exact specifications
- Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, cabinets, staircases, doors, and more
- Work with premium materials and custom design details
- Collaborate with project managers and carpenters to exceed client expectations
- Troubleshoot and repair as needed while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of carpentry experience (or relevant training/apprenticeship)
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and detailed plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Must supply own tools
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
