This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in solving problems, minimizing customer downtime, and representing the company with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe efficient equipment operations Accurately document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system Clearly communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service Follow all safety regulations and company policies Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of commercial foodservice repair experience Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyfilename? Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced expertise in both commercial hot-side and cold-side equipment may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
