QA Lead

A QA Lead owns the quality strategy for a product or program, defining test frameworks, standards, and processes that ensure software meets functional, performance, and security requirements. They manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, coordinate test planning across sprints and releases, and serve as the primary quality gatekeeper between development and production. The role bridges engineering and business stakeholders by translating acceptance criteria into executable test coverage and reporting risk in terms that leadership can act on.
