Leading quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications and digital platforms, the full-time remote QA Lead will mentor a team of QA engineers, define test strategies, and oversee various testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers while defining test strategies and quality assurance processes Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing activities, ensuring effective defect tracking and resolution management Drive test automation initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and QA optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and TestNG Advanced experience with multiple testing types, including functional, integration, API, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
