Lead QA Engineer

Canada

100% Remote

1–3 years of experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Appian, Mendix, Kissflow, etc.).

Strong understanding of basic logic constructs: loops, if-else conditions, switch-case.

Ability to write and interpret pseudocode to outline logic before development.

Experience working with arrays and string manipulation (e.g., splitting, joining, searching).

Familiarity with API calls, data parsing, and JSON/XML data formats.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Effective communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL or basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello.

Certification in LCNC tools (e.g.
