Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $84,000-$108,000 annually based on experience. Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium. Dental and vision insurance. 26 combined PTO days. 13 paid holidays. Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED. Minimum 2 years RN experience REQUIRED. Home care experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills REQUIRED. Comfortable working independently in community settings REQUIRED. Team-based care approach REQUIRED. Comfortable with hybrid remote/community workflow REQUIRED.
