Performance Coach

Bodyshop Athletics X is looking for a dedicated Performance Coach committed to the success of their clients. Bodyshop Athletics X Coaches are enthusiastic about seeing people succeed in their fitness, health, and wellness goals. Description of Duties The duties of the Performance Coach are, but not limited to, using the Bodyshop X Assessment Process for the assessment of members, prescription and implementation of training programs based on individual needs. The successful candidate will create and develop relationships. Successful candidates will also exhibit a long term approach to coaching. It will be important that candidates can educate and manage large groups of individuals.. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Exercise as Sports Science or related field Or 3 years of experience in personal training, performance coaching, and program design. Certification and Education Requirements Degree in Exercise Science Field or Fitness Certification is preferred. If candidate does not have a degree or fitness certification, the candidate must have suitable work experience or be willing to work toward certification. Preference will be given for candidates who have experience with the following criteria USA Weightlifting or Olympic style Coaching Nutrition Education Can discuss the concept of Buy- In as written in Conscious Coaching by Brett Bartholomew.
