AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest‑ready store through replenishment. You pay keen attention to detail, champion visual standards, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve results while embodying company values. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader. Drive Floorset execution, train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and maintain Floorset standards for all store areas. Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership. Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand standards for adjustments and replenishment, ensuring a fresh store appearance. Prioritize the guest experience for the merchandising team and foster a culture of recognition and celebration. Maintain store safety, implement shrink‑reduction strategies and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Passion for merchandising and a strong visual sense. Excellent organizational skills with strong prioritization and time‑management. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
