Milieu Therapist
UPMC
UPMC is seeking a part-time Milieu Therapist to support patients in an acute behavioral health setting. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, lead and co-facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational groups, and support patients in developing coping and daily living skills. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, social workers, and other clinicians to implement treatment plans, document observations, and participate in care conferences. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven, academic health system focused on innovation and community impact.
