Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a health system in Central Texas in their search for an additional Otolaryngologist . The new physician will join a team of 3 board-certified ENTs in their hospital-employed multi-specialty group.

About the Opportunity:

The hospital is home to over 350 providers and 40 specialties
400-bed Level III Trauma Facility
$464,800 Base Salary + RVU production
Comprehensive benefits - health, life, dental, vision, LT disability, paid malpractice
Quality incentive 10% of base
Signing/Relocation $20,000
$100K loan assistance
401K with match and 457b plan
35 PTO/CME with $12,500 in expenses
Possible residency stipend
